Shock

“You gotta shock your mind to change your body.” Shock yourself to a higher level with punching and kicking, strength and power moves. This class will challenge not only the physical but also the mental aspect of your fitness journey. Burn calories, lose inches, sculpt and shape your body while having fun — all to a fast-paced bass thumpin’ beat.

Learn how to empower yourself to go beyond what you thought you could do alongside a T.E.A.M. of others to encourage you along the way. This class is open to individuals of all fitness levels, and there are no routines to remember and you can go at your own pace.


Shock Station

In this class, you’ll push yourself to the limit by moving from station to station using timed intervals to keep your heart rate up, your muscles working and your sweat pouring.


S³ (Shell Shock Strength) is a combination of resistance training moves that will strengthen, sculpt and shape your body (equipment may vary each time from barbells, dumbbells, suspension straps, dip/pull up stationary bars, steps, etc.)


Shock Box

Shock Box is a standing bag kickboxing class that combines boxing and kicking techniques, as well as other moves to shape and trim your body.
