Here is a breakdown and description of our fitness classes, which range from our signature Shock class to S³.  Our classes are taught by  our personal trainers. These classes cover full body workouts from body conditioning, strength training, endurance training and more! Shock

“You gotta shock your mind to change your body.” Shock yourself to a higher level with punching and kicking, strength and power moves. Choose This class For the best cardio workout, to lose inches, to lose weight and have fun! This class will challenge not only the physical but also the mental aspect of your fitness journey. Burn calories, lose inches, sculpt and shape your body while having fun — all to a fast-paced bass thumpin’ beat.

Learn how to empower yourself to go beyond what you thought you could do alongside a T.E.A.M. of others to encourage you along the way. This class is open to individuals of all fitness levels, and there are no routines to remember and you can go at your own pace.


Shock Station

In this class, you’ll push yourself to the limit by moving from station to station using timed intervals to keep your heart rate up, your muscles working and your sweat pouring. Similar to circuit training, this class will challenge your every muscle, bring you the best results to keep coming back. Everyone comes together to promote a high energy environment while working from station to station. Choose this class if you want to get a fast moving team experience and a high-energy total body workout. This intense workout pushes you to your next level of training, driving you real results. We get your body working on cardio, strength training, reps and core. See what your body strength is made of!


S³ (Shell Shock Strength) is a combination of resistance training moves that will strengthen, sculpt and shape your body (equipment may vary each time from barbells, dumbbells, suspension straps, dip/pull up stationary bars, steps, etc.). Use your own body to focus on building your personal strength within this class. Lose weight, burn calories in a different way other than cardio. Using a variety of equipment we will show you how to define your shape in all areas of your body. Retain muscle and burn away the fat with this strength training class. Choose this class to become stronger, more toned and sculpt every muscle throughout the class. This class is a perfect bonus to our cardio based classes, improving your shape and building your muscles.


Shock Box

Shock Box is a standing bag kickboxing class that combines boxing and kicking techniques, as well as other moves to shape and trim your body. Activate not only your mind, but a full body training. Get an everlasting workout, making full contact with punches and kicks. We teach you proper technique to help get you the results you need. Choose this class to relieve stress, engage your core, and shape your arms and legs. Empower yourself to bring our the fire within, train hard and build strength with our trainers today!
